Doe, the still unknown victim of a cruel murder whose body was found in
four double thick black bags behind the Juan
Doe also had several tatoos on his torso in English. wanted to make to others. He was more than likely killed to the south of Oak Park, in either Berwyn or Cicero. Latest population figures showing Berwyn having about 40% of hispanic or lation heritage and some 8% of the total population living below the poverty level. Drug sales often follow urban areas of poor life quality. Cicero statically might prove to be a more likely cause of death, having a 70% hispanic-latino population and with 22 local gangs identified by the Cicero Police department. Having English tatoos might very well indicate that this man was raised in the country and his identification should be coming to authorities in relatively short period of time. Since this is not CSI: Miami it will take longer than 45 minutes without commercials. Previous story on Murder victim Official Police
