“Earth and Sky” a poetic thriller.  Written by Douglas Post and directed by Ty Perry. This is a wonderful show and there is not a bad seat in the house.  The performance is almost two hours long.  It is a very interesting story, very well written, and performed with excellence at every turn.  Bethanny Alexander, who plays Sara is worth the price of admission herself.  Her skill in performing is amazing.  Ms. Alexander displays emotions and stays in character with precision meant for Broadway. She will be getting married next year and we wish her the best.  The cast is well suited to the task of their parts, Patrick Bresnyan as Gatz is charming, Gabrielle Brite as Joyce is wonderful, Ben Byer as her lover is enchanting.  Will Carpenter, as Kersnowki is kind and polite,  Keith Eric Davis, as Billy is right on the mark.  Hillary Lynn Goldsher as Marie is beautiful and talented.   Bart Petty, as Weber is a one man show in his performance.  Mike Speller, as Eisenstadt is hauntingly good.  The lighting, staging and scene transitions are top notch and worth noting for their artistic accomplishment.  Even our press portfolio was top notch, rare for a local theater.  This theater is also a bargain with prices at $16.00 for adults and $14.00 students and seniors.  Circle Theater is located at 7300 West Madison Street in Forest Park.  Their phone number is 708-771-0700

A Great Show for one and all... Highly Recommended by the Oak-Park-Journal.com
