Fruita, Colorado Rodeo's Every Week on Tuesday nights.
 by Ed Vincent

Come to Rimrock Adventures on Tuesday Nights, starting in
June and running until August.  These are wonderful Rodeos
for the entire family and they even have a price limit on a
car full of  people.  The action starts early and last until the
night fall.  If you have not seen a a real "Old West Rodeo",
you should plan a visit on your trip to see the Dinosaurs.

They have "Mutton Bustin", little kids, to the powerful and
wild Bull Riding.  It all sort of reminded me of NASCAR
without the cars.

A Fast Ride and then a little gravity comes into play.

Mostly locals in the crowds, no baseball hats worn backwards
out here.

It was a beautiful night and all the riders went home safe.

The event had plenty of drama, one young man had fallen
off the bull and had the wind knocked out of him pretty
well and others just met the ground either sooner or harder
than they would have liked.  The experience was well worth
the visit.
